Payment Methods
- Once your registration form has been processed, an invoice with the HISA 2011 Congress bank details will be forwarded to you via email for payment. Please note that payment is only to be made on receipt of an invoice.
- Payment can be made via bank/electronic transfer, bank guaranteed cheque or credit card
- Please be advised that should payments incur bank charges, these charges will be for the delegates own account and will be reflected on the official receipt. Full payment for these charges is required.
- Please ensure all bank transfers make clear reference to the delegate being paid for. (Kindly include the INVOICE REFERENCE NUMBER)
- Once payment has been made, kindly fax or email through proof of payment to the Congress Secretariat, The Conference Company.
