Submissions are sought for papers, posters, panels, workshops and tutorials which may embrace this broad theme or may be focused on other areas of biomedical informatics. The contributions should relate to one of the following topic areas:
- Disease Surveillance
- Health Management Information Systems
- Human Resources
- Information Technology Infrastructure
- Monitoring & Evaluation
- Open Source
- Tele-Health / E-Health / Telemedicine

The Scientific Committee is putting together an exciting programme for the Congress. Applications to present will open in <TBC>. Should you wish to apply to present a Paper or Poster, please ensure the following instructions are strictly adhered to:
Abstracts
- The Abstracts submitted could be for full length papers or posters.
- Abstracts may contain a maximum of 250 words only.
- Please make use of the “Intent to Submit Form” to submit your Abstract and ensure the proposed title is included. Please click on the above link to submit your abstract.
- All applications to present are to be submitted online by <TBC>
- At the discretion of the Scientific Committee, late abstracts and extensions may be granted.
- All applicants will be contacted regarding the acceptance status of their application by <TBC>
Presenter Registration
Please note that HISA 2011 is unfortunately not in a position to offer complementary registration to Presenters. Should you be accepted to present a paper or poster, registration will be for your own account. |
